Ramón holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He has held various positions in the federal Public Administration, including: Federal Delegate of the Secretariat of Social Development and the Secretariat of Public Education in the State of Guerrero, General Director of the Agrarian Coordination Unit in the Secretariat of Agrarian Reform, Advisor to the Undersecretariat of Planning and Evaluation of Educational Policies, Advisor to the Undersecretariat of Social Participation and Community Development of the Secretariat of Social Development.
In the productive sector, he stood out as General Manager of DICONSA Metropolitana and Corporate Manager of Operation and Supervision of DICONSA and Manager of the Monterrey Branch of the distributor CONASUPO del Norte. From 2019 to October 2014, he held the position of Coordinator of Special Projects and Social Engagement in the Undersecretariat of Higher Education. And he is currently the General Director of Innovation in the Secretariat of Agriculture and Rural Development.
