Leticia Albarran is Head of department of Communication and Interpretation at the General Coordination of International Affairs of the Secretariat of Agriculture and Rural Development, Mexico.
As part of her duties and responsibilities, she has helped in supervising special projects with Embassies, agricultural Attachés, International Research Agencies and other Ministries of Agriculture, particularly on initiatives related to climate change, carbon footprint, biodiversity and agricultural extension services.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree as translator graduated from the Autonomous National University of Mexico (UNAM), and a Diploma in International Business and Trade from the European University of the Atlantic.
